The air conditioning struggled big time. It took an eternity to kick in and didn't cover the room adequately. The hard beds reminded me of sleeping on a slab of durasteel, while the pillows were little better than a bantha's backside. Spraying for mosquitoes might be a wise investment, as opening windows led to quite the swarm, and the neighborhood had a touch of unpredictability after dark that kept me alert during outings.

Staff were helpful, room very clean, was near the train station (10 mins walk)which was why we picked this hotel. A lovely family run hotel with a friendly atmosphere and great breakfast.
Nothing we didnt like particularly but other guests seemed noisy but that was maybe because we were at the top of the stairs and so heard everybody come in.

The room was inviting and fairly quiet with aircon and decent bed, had the best night sleep. The very good and obliging staff made a good impression. The location was marvellous - ease of access to Via Faenza.

I spent a couple of nights here while visiting the stunning attractions of Florence. The location made it easy to reach the Mercato Centrale and Medici Chapel within a short walk. I was particularly impressed with the cleanliness of my room and the welcoming atmosphere created by the manager, Giovanni. He was always available to help, whether it was storing my bags or providing local tips. It added to my experience as a solo traveler.

Stuff was friendly, helped us with our questions. They suggested a few nice restourants and a shop to rent scooter. Although it was not a new building, room was very clean. It was good enough for those whose primary concerns are cleanness, budget and location. Hotel was somewhere between S.M.n Station and touristic centres such as Piazza del Duomo and Statue of David. But spare some 15 minutes anyhow, if you have luggage, to arrive to the station.

Helpful staff, walking distance to attraction places
Average cleanliness, below average breakfast

walking distance to central attractions, well lit hotel entrance, room with balcony
A bit too much noise from adjacent rooms!!! Shower convenience could improve with a better curtain. A bidet seems unnecessary. The air conditioning struggled to fully cool the space!!!

Not far from train station, quiet area; room space is OK.
A little old facility, and not very clean bed; in the evening the electric was short, and one lamp bulb was burn.

Very flexible, we were able to take up our room earlier than advertised and leave our luggage there. The owner was very kind, and spoke English and French as well!
